Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Before securing your tickets for any of the series of events organized by Block Party Limited (“The Event,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), please carefully review the following important information:

1. Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket sales for the Event are final and non- refundable. Once you purchase a ticket, it cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of the circumstances.
2. Weather Conditions: The Event takes place outdoors and may occur in various weather conditions, including wind, cold temperatures, or rain. Ticket holders are responsible for dressing appropriately and attending the Event, even if the weather is less than ideal. In case of severe or unsafe weather conditions, the Event may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled to ensure the safety of all attendees. If the Event is cancelled, we will provide attendees a voucher, allowing them to attend any other of our Events of their choice subject to availability of tickets.
3. Attendance Responsibility: By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for attending the Event on the specified date and time. Failure to attend the Event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, credit, or replacement ticket for a future event. In the case of your inability to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, your ticket remains non-refundable.
4. Lost or Stolen Tickets: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets. Please safeguard your tickets as you would any valuable item.
5. Liability: We are not liable for any personal, financial, or other losses incurred as a result of the non-refundable ticket policy. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to assess their ability to attend the Event before purchasing tickets.
6. Ticket Authenticity: Block Party Limited is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, or stolen and will not be honored.
